I worked on my exit strategy and quitting plan(s) for 5-10 years. Let me help you figure out what your best next steps are.

3. Stop the Stress Spiral: If you are ready to commit to an intense 30 day action plan, work with me to Stop the Stress Spiral, a month of reducing stress and creating a workable exit strategy. This is a one on one 30 day program to walk you through reducing your stress and anxiety, figuring out what you're passionate about, and crafting a new life working with the passion. At the end of these 30 days, you'll have a real plan, and you'll feel more resourced to move forward with your passion filled life.

4. 6 Month Mentorship Program: Seeking something more substantial? I enjoy working one on one with people to get them the focused guidance and real tools they need to feel less stressed and craft a working plan to quit their job and do what they love.
